Terms

* We cannot warranty issues caused by user neglect or improper use of engine.
* Our Warranty will not cover engine seizure if the correct ratio of oil and petrol is not used.
* In no event shall the "Vendor" be liable for incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the bicycle, the bicycle motor engine kit, parts or accessories in any manner, including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or any other theory.
* CCmotobikes.com's liability hereunder is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the bicycle motor engine kit or components, or at the "Vendor's" sole discretion, to the net amount paid by the original retail purchaser and not more.
* If the original retail Purchaser elects to repair a defective Bicycle or component himself or use the services of someone other than the vendor to repair the bicycle motor engine kit or if Purchaser uses a replacement part not authorized by the "Vendor", will not be liable for any damage, failure or loss caused by the use of such unauthorized service or parts.
* The Buyer understands and acknowledges that operating a motorized bicycle or use of a bicycle engine kit entails known and unanticipated risks. Buyer understands that such risks cannot be eliminated by the "Vendor" without jeopardizing the essential qualities of this activity.

Exclusions

* Normal wear and tear; damage or failure from abuse, neglect, misuse, or accident; damage from stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics, or similar activities or any activity that is not consistent with the intended use of the failure of bicycle motor engine kit, parts or system.
* Damages resulting from failure to follow Instructions for Use and Warnings as provided in the Installation Manual for the Motorized Bicycle Engine Kit.
* Damages resulting from improper installation or use of any parts or accessories not supplied by to modify bicycle motor engine kit, parts or system.
* Installation of parts, accessories, or electrical components not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle motor engine kit, parts or system as sold, or any modification of it or it's components originally supplied.
* Purchase or use of bicycle motor engine kit, parts or system outside of Canada and the United States of America.

All warranties are void if the bicycle motor engine kit, parts or system is used for any purpose other than the reasonable intended use.

Returns:

Returns are only accepted for products that are in new condition and are returned in the original packaging. "New condition" means that the product has not been installed, fueled, started or ridden. All returns must be called in or emailed in advance.

* No Returns on Pre-assembled bikes for they have already been run out of the building center.

* Products damaged by neglect or abuse will not be covered by warranty.

* Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer.

* The Shipping, Handling and Insurance Fees paid by buyer are NOT included in return credit issued.

* Please allow 3-5 business day turnaround time for your exchange to be processed.

* If your product arrives damaged or defective or is found to be defective within the first 5 days of normal use, a replacement or refund will be given at the discretion of CCmotobikes.com

* The item has not been altered.

* Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.

* The item must be shipped back with care (please carefully pack the ITEM).

* All returned merchandise must be in its original carton or packaging.

* All returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

* Clearance items are FINAL SALE ITEMS, no refunds allowed.

* Due to the nature of some products we are unable to accept returns for them.

* CCmotobikes.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this policy in whole or in part, at any time.

Damaged Goods:
Damaged product claims will need to be reported within 48 hours upon receipt of the shipment (or as noted within the UPS delivery tracking system) . When submitting a damaged product report, please include the tracking number assigned for the shipment, Order number, pictures for proof of damages, and any other additional details to be reviewed. Also, contact and notify the shipping company to ensure that they are aware that damages were noted on the item received. Upon review of the report, we will then communicate with the buyer to determine the appropriate action. We require up to 5 business days in order to review damaged reports. No damaged reports received after 48 hours from the delivery date reflected by the tracking information will be taken into consideration. We will assume that the buyer is fully satisfied with their purchase and all completed sales are final.
